■ How to order products
There are 6 major steps to ordering products from FIVE&PLUS
① Search products
② Add to shopping bag
③ Member ID Login or Non-Member Order
④ Fill in order form
⑤ Select payment method and pay
⑥ Order success screen (order number)
⑦ In case of non-member order, please make note of the order number and authorization number (for credit card payment) in Step 6.

■ Order confirmation
If you place an order at FIVE&PLUS, you can check how your order is being processed through order / shipping confirmation. If you are a member, please click on order / shipping confirmation on the member page.

■ Secure fee payment system
We, FIVE&PLUS support the following payment methods:
- Credit card payment (VISA Card, MASTER Card, JCB Card, AMEX Card)
- PayPal
- Aliypay, tenpay, unionpay

■ Shipping
- Please note that it may take 15 ~ 25 business days to deliver your purchased item(s) after you make an order. You may have to allow more days due to the nature of international shipping.
- Taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and FIVE & PLUS does not hold any responsibility for this. In this regard, costs such as shipping fees will be deducted from the total amount of refund.

■ Order cancellation, exchange and refund
FIVE&PLUS complies with all applicable laws and regulations for the protection of consumers.
Please proceed after contacting our customer center for cancellation, exchange, or return made after your payment.
- Goods withdrawal period is within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
- For exchange, and return due to customer’s change of mind, the customer must pay shipping.
(Except for defect of product and delivery error)
- However, please note that in the following cases, it will not be returned or exchanged even within 7 days after receipt of the item.
* If the value of the product is damaged due to removal of product tag, opening and loss or damage of goods box.
* Handmade products of individual order made items (size change)
* Some of the special offer products cannot be exchanged or returned, so please refer to the product details of each product.
