Each and every piece of FIVE&PLUS jewelry is composed of natural gemstones.
Therefore, refrain from wearing your jewelry in swimming pools, hot springs or in hot water.
Doing so may cause fatal damage to the gemstone. Also, remove your jewelry when washing your hands and when using cosmetics such as perfume, hairspray, and lotion.
Contact with cosmetic products not only damages the product, but also results in discoloration. Moreover, your gemstone may lose its genuine shade.
Wipe your jewelry with great care using soft cloth and keep it in a safe storage once you take it off.
Avoid contact with solid articles which can hurt your jewelry. Please note that the stone may fall apart if pressed hard or handled roughly.
Be careful with attire when wearing jewelry. It may especially damage knitted tops.



■ Repair

In order to receive After Service (A/S), please contact our online A/S center. A/S reception takes about 2 ~ 3 weeks after your courier arrives at the head office.
Since the amount of time needed for repairment varies depending on the product, we will get to you with the exact deadline when you register for A/S.
(Please note that some products are not subject to A/S, and repairment may be delayed depending on the availability of stones.)

If a third party had already repaired your jewelry, the warranty will be lost even during the warranty period. Therefore, please receive A/S via Five&Plus.
